If you follow the correct courses you do not need the braindump. And no it isn't a study guide... It gives you the answers to the exam questions.

Although the Aura exams are 99.9% Avaya Red and they are almost impossible to get when you are an Avaya Blue man/girl I still think that braindumps devalue (Sorry couldn't find the correct word) the exams/certificate.

Cisco/Microsoft/HP/ETC certificates have no value since the braindumps. Everybody can get them.

We just hired a new engineer. We could choose from 2. 1 with experience and 1 with all possible CS1000 release 6 certificates (TS/DS/SS/ETC/ETC). We hired the 1 with experience. The 1 with experience knew what the memory requirements are for a co-res rls 6 SSC card... O yeah that's true release 6 doesn't support SSC. The certificate guy kept saying it was 2Gb...
