70-648 Upgrading Mcsa

For those of you who have taken this test. I am studying for it and plan on sitting it in the next couple of weeks. I was wondering if there are any particular area's that I should focus on. I know it goes over Hyper-V and I don't have much experience with Hyper-V but plenty of VmWare and Xenserver experience. I am very comfortable with Server 2008. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

I did the 70-649 instead, but it was relatively easy.

If you lack experience with Hyper-V then I highly recommend that you download an eval copy of Windows 2008 R2, install the Hyper-V role, and get a feel for how it is different from the other virtualization solutions out there.
