70-292 / 296 extended?

A friend of mine told me that he received an email telling him that the 70-292 / 70-296 exams have been extended til May 24th of this year, has anyone else heard this? I still have to take the 296 and i'm hoping to have some more time.

Yes its true. I called Microsoft to see if they will be extending the upgrade tests and i was told twice that they are extended until May 24th.
