70-290 Readiness Review

I'm planning to retake 70-290 within the next two weeks (missed passing it by a whopping 100 points). Since the first attempt, I've been using the SelfTest practice exams & periodically the Measure Up/Readiness Review tests. I did well on the SelfTest exams, however I find the Readiness Review exams to be substantially more difficult. Basically, I don't want to spend another month reviewing another set of practice exams if not needed. Conversely, I certainly want to take the adaptive version of 70-290 (which I'm sure is harder than the previous version).

I haven't had the opportunity to take the new version of the 70-290 exam with the simulations, however when I took the 70-290 exam last fall, I found the Readiness Review material to be sufficiently rigorous to pass the exam.

I'm a big proponent of using Readiness Review to prepare for Microsoft exams, but I'm sure that others have different opinions.
