70-290 or 70-291 first?? Is there a logical order or preference?

Hi, I just finished the 70-270, and want to keep rolling while I'm in the studying frame of mind. I'm planning on going for the MCSA-2003, and already have CompTIA certs to cover the elective, so all I need is 290, and 291. Is there a logical order to do these in? Should 290 go before 291? does it matter? Which is the tougher of the two? Any advice is greatly appreciated...

Paul, I just took my exam this past monday for 70-291. I have just the 70-290 left. FYI, 290 seems a lot more straight forward. I am very happy to have the 291 out of the way though. Everyone will tell you that 70-291 is much harder.

Here is what I can tell you

I give my impression on the test and it was still fresh in my mind when I wrote it.

Search through all the thread and read up on both tests. They will give you a good idea of what you are in for. Don't be intimidated by everyone talking about failing the 291 exam a few times. But remember that it isn't easy at all. YOu ahve to study very hard for this one.

We've talked about this a bunch of times. Here's a thread about 1/2 way down the page thread468-1174147.
