It looks like Microsoft Press's Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-271): Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System is due for release next month, although states that the test became available on January 12, 2004.
I would expect that other books for 70-271 will probably be released around the same time. You could always pre-order.
