70-215 question

i am studying for the 70-215 and came across a question?
On a clean install of server how many processors does it support?
I thought 4 but the answer is 2 on aclean install, 4 on an upgrade from NT.
Is this right, any input would be great!

I believe your information is correct - it is 2 on a clean install and 4 on an upgrade.
