7: Socket read error 2746.

I have been sending/receiving mail fine and suddenly I get this error message. I can log onto ISP and read email online, but cannot pull over or send using Pegasus.

I get "7: Socket read error 2746" error message.

I have tried shutting down the PC and leaving off for 10 minutes, didn't help.
