Would someone who is using 7.6.3 SQL let me know if the table structures have changed in OE? I am mainly concerned with Oehdrhst, Oelinhst, & Oeslshst. I have many custom Crystal reports that use these tables. Will I have to modify all my reports when I upgrade to .300?
Thanks,
Vanessa

Nope - not at all. Macola are actually pretty good at NOT modifying stardard table layouts - when a new field is added, they tend to make use of the available FILLER space. With 7.6.300, th new functionality (like the bookings info) is housed in completely new tables. As a side note, if you're on Pervasive, you wont be able to access the new OE tables anyway as Exact forgot to add them to the DDF's.

Peak did provide ddfs for their code & I have them, & they include oepds data files. I haven't been able to use these ddfs at a site with both best oe & payroll. I keep having to switch back & forth if reporting or file modification is needed. Has anyone bugged macola about adding these tables to the ddfs? They should have done that as part of the upgrade/installation process. If someone here is a ddf whiz kid we could take what I have for the oepds files & combine with the 103D macola ddfs so we can all get a decent set of ddfs.

That's pretty easy to do - you can use a tool like DDF ease, or use Pervasive's ODBC connection to write a 'create' statement to add them. Please note - I am NOT volunteering! I did log the problem with Exact, and it was recorded as a bug (whoops, I mean functional disenhancement). I can post the number here if anyone is interested.
