7.5 Callers key issue 1

Just upgraded to 7.5 and all is well except on the 1200 series sets. When you push the softkey "callers" you see "web error, server error, try later". Any ideas on what is causing this. I have latest Deplist installed. Thanks

It is used with the "Personal Directory" feature. If you are getting web error it has not been configured. The Personal Directory, Callers List, and Redial List use a separate central
database, called the IP Phone Application Server, to store directory data and user profile options.
In the Element Manager navigator, click IP Network, Nodes:
Servers, Media Cards.
The Node Configuration window opens. Click the Personal Directories Server Configuration link.
The Personal Directories Server Configuration window opens.
Enter configuration parameters for the IP Phone Application
Server where the Personal Directory, Callers List, and Redial
List database is located.

Have a situation where Personal Directory has just been enabeled on a 7.5 system with multiple signaling servers. Some phones have the personal directory option and some dont. The ones that do not have caller and redial options. Any idea what I'm missing here? Thanks in advance.
