I've just had a look.
You can set a system-wide default 'No answer time' and you can set no answer times for individuals and groups.
Currently everyone except reception is using the default of 15 seconds, which works out to about 4 or 5 rings, which is probably about right - it gives enough time for you to get to and answer the phone.
rudi is right that it is about 7 rings before the voicemail picks up.
If you phone your DDI from your mobile you will notice that your office phone rings 4 or 5 times (15 seconds) then stops, but, listening to the mobile it rings 2 or 3 more times before the voicemail picks up which adds around 7-10 seconds before the caller gets your voicemail. Which makes it too long.
I can't see any settings to make the voicemail system pick up with less delay. That would be the right way to fix this, I think. The alternative would be to lower the no answer time but then your phone will ring for a very short time before passing to voice mail
