7.0.5 update install help

I'm tring to install 7.0.5 update for 7.0 standard. I get the following message "File cannot be downloaded. Unable to access server(408). Please try again later."

I've tried the following:

1) Repair through the help menu
2) Repair through the control panel
3) Reinstalling software (I've cashed the install files)

Any recommendations to get theses updates installed?

Adobe's Servers are just busy.

This is a very large download - and the adobe download manager defaults to "only when my internet connection is idle" which most of ours are not. Start the download, look in the system tray, double click the adobe update manager. Uncheck the box. This will allow it continue even if you are doing something else.

You may need to try back at another time of day.
