6X16 VERSION QUESTION

Customer has a 616 NT5B01 w/NT5B10CA. From my findings this shows to be DR1. Upon doing a site survey I was unable to indicate a D/S anywhere on the KSU. Also the Northern Telecom Logo is Grey not Green which I believe tells me that this doesn't support disconnect supervison.

Just wanted to know if this was correct.
Customer would like a VM system. However I believe this poses a problem with the KSU being no D/S.
Any recommendations?
Or am I selling this customer a 616 DR5... 5.1 ??

From my experience u cannot put voicemail on a dr1 system..

I recommend a CICS instead of a 6/16 ...

DR2 would supposedly work with an old Startalk, but not very well, especially since DS is not an option. I'd agree with the previous poster and put this customer into a CICS and a CallPilot 100.
