6x16 software

i have a customer with an older 6x16. DR5 software will not work, niether will a M7324 what software can i use to get a transfer feature , 7324 set and eventually voicemail(what version?)

7324 wont work on 6x16 the software should do a transfer"onsite not off site" amd a flash vm should work

When you say DR5 will not work, are you trying to install a DR5 to it or is it the current software?
You may have DR1 which doesn't allow transfer.
If you are trying to install DR5 software is it DS or Non?
Can you give more info?

DR 5 DS will not work on a 616 non DS cabinet. You will experience trouble with voice mail not releasing lines if using a non DS cabinet. 7324 support began on DR 2.
