6x16 nt5b01 - Continuous blinking on startup

What does it mean when I connect my M7310 phone and get continuous blinking in all the arrows next to the buttons?

You could have a bad port, phone, or KSU.
Move phone to different port and test.
Try different phone in same port to test.
If you just powered up KSU it has not finished booting up.

Thanks for the prompt feedback. I think I figured it out. It's missing the software cartridge. That's why it's continuously blinking.
