I have a customer with a Flash vm on a 6x16 non DS. They are trying to transfer external with the CCR tree. When they press 7 to be transferd the Flash tells them " The Line Or Pool Is Not Valid ". Is this because the 6x16 is not DS or is there something else that we have missed. The vm is ext 36, it has access to all the lines.

did you look at the tree and option 7 and see what line pool it is pointing too and if it is the correct one?
