6x16 Newbie Question

[GTWO]

I am fairly new to the Norstar Line so bair with me. I have a 6x16 that is loosing programmming. After searching this sight I assume that there is a capacitor(S) that need to be replaced.

Here is the question. How do I find out what needs to be replaced. I am sure I need the software or version of the system (where is this found?). What esle?
