You should upgrade your whole system to include Disconnect Supervision (DS). If you stay with a 6x16, you will have to change out the whole cabinet. A CICS has trunk cards which are DS capable when set so in programming. While the VM will work without DS, it will drive the users buggy with long sileces on hung up calls. GO DS!
