69xx series Phone Branding

Lately when uploading images for branding, they are coming up as dark images (black).
I have verified that image is of correct specification.
This is on MiCD, MiVB - anyone case across the same?

are you using tansparent backgrounds

I normally just use the powerpoint template and leave the background white - seems to work the best

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Yes transparent background.
I will try your method and see if that helps.

I can confirm that I use white backgrounds too and never encountered that problem either.
