I am trying to register a 6940 to a mivoice250 (v6.3.6.21)

I have created a 69xx phone in the system and defaulted the 6940 Phone

When the phone boots it is asking for a PIN, what PIN is this referring to, I assumed it was the same as registering 52xx/53xx Phones i.e. *** Extension

On a 3300 the pin requested is indeed the code you programmed for registering the phone.
I do not know the 250 myself.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

First of all have you changed the firmware on the 69xx to SIP?
If it is asking for PIN it sounds like it is MiNet mode.

You need MiVoice Office Application Suite for 69xx phones on a MiVO250

hi, I have a problem one step behind!
i couldn't config them at all

You require an Applications Server to make the 6900 series IP phones work on MiVoice Office 250. It won't work without the Applications Server. You cannot connect 6900 series IP phones directly to the MiVoice Office 250.

Dear TeleBug27
I have some question: did you register it as sip phone or as Minet?
if you had been registered as Minet how do you do that?
then is there is sip right know how could I change it to Miten?
