I have a customer that would like to be able to use *69 and *57 which is a call trace. They have a 3300 mxe with 9.0.2.31 software. They use t1 d4 e&m trunking. I cannot get it to work. Will this work with this kind of trunking? If they upgrade to PRI will these services work?

thanks

I don't know if caller ID blocking works on a t1d4 e&m, this is really a technology of the past..

On a PRI you can hide your caller ID by programming the call-by-call settings..

Call Trace cannot be used on digital trunking to the best of my understanding.

The best you can do is enable call tagging on the 3300 which can then be used to flag a SMDR record.
