are you using some of the DSP's on the blade for conferencing? If so it will not recognize the ports that the DSP's are already utilized.
Other than cisco I do not know where you could get one besides the gray market/ ebay. This is and EOL module so cisco is out leaving you with the gray market.

whykap - No DSPs. Just 2 T1's right now. Trying to add 2 more that are QSIG and it doesn'let the ports register. They just flake out and then take down the blade. Tried Cisco and yeah it's EOL and they won't help. Tried the grey mkt and 13k is going to be hard to get through budget. Found a new equipment that will work for around 10k but then I have to change out my 6509 I'm told.
