Dear Sirs

I passed my "642-437 - Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Voice over IP and QoS v8.0 (CVOICE v8.0)" on 17th of Octobre 2015, and now I get a notification that it expires on 8th of Febrary 2017?
I guess that these certs last 3 years, or am I wrong?
Let me know your opinion.

Did you obtain any certification with that exam? (CCNA Voice or CCNA Collab) The 3 year rule is for completed certifications, if you only approved that exam and did not get any related cert it expires after a certain time (Exam lifecycle). It happened to a friend of mine who was one exam short of CCNP R&S.
