6416D+M and LKA10 Cordless Headset

I purchased LKA10 headsets to go with the 6416D+M phones and use the headset port without a lifter. However I only get them to pickup but I cannot get it to dial or pickup the DTMF tones. I can answer a call but cannot make a call. I press talk and hear the dial tone but then none of the numbers work and the dialtone just keeps going. I hear the tone in the headset but obviously nothing is going to the phone.
The documentation says it works so there must be soemthing I am missing.

I haven't tried with the 6400 sets, but I have a couple times with the 5400 sets, and you're right, the DTMF doesn't pass through, hence no outward dialing. The Headset Catalogue does not say they're not supported, but I haven't seen them work with IP OFfice yet.
