I am doing a list trace station on a set that sits completely idle but the trace shows active then idle within a second, some times the same moment. Avaya has been engaged, but I am waiting for call back.
I think this is leading to problem with customers calling in and then getting dropped when they hit that agent.
The system is a prologix R10 latest load.
So far I have changed TN2402 processor, Changed DS1 board,
Changed set, changed port, changed TN2224cp board, moved set from A cab to B cab.
Has anyone ever seen this happen before?
