6408D+ 6416D+ Phone Sets

There is a Dir in the soft keys on the phone set. The Dir works fine but the PREV hard key doesn't work...any fix? Ver G3V9i

Nope... you can only scroll forwards...

Hi All

The prevs key and the next key are designed for scrolling through the softkey menu , not any other key function.

but you can use the next key for scrolling forwards
in the directory.
