They do still work, you will probably find they are on an expansion module that was not stepped up through the 3.2.999 loader, a power down will normally fix it until you downgrade and then re-upgrade them

I know from a very good source (myself) that these units have been upgraded properly.
As Erik knows there is a ClearQuest caveat number for this issue which will be fixed in the next maint release.
Ah, so your'e to blame then intigrant I have seen this issue arrise after stepping the unit but far less often and a reboot often clears it if only temporarily

As intrigrant says there is a DTMF issue with Module 1 currently. You can talk to Tier III as ask for the Q3 maintenance build 4.2(181103) which has this fix for CQ65880 "After upgrade phone connected to DS module 1 do not generate DTMF tones".
