6402D Display wrong

Does anyone have clue for blew problem.
Infromation in 6402D can't not be refresh while a call is made or delieved. But everything is OK for 6408D+ in the same port/system.

According to the documentation I have from AVAYA, the 6402D is NOT a supported set. The smallest of the 6400 series sets would be the 6408D.

You have to remember, all 6400 series sets are based on the same hardware and software, so you *may* get some functionality out of the 6402D, but AVAYA has not created the IPOffice operating software to work with the 6402D.

Been there had the same thing, either go for the 6408D or us POTs/SLT phones with a LCD and CLIP support they will give you most of the features of a 6402

Thanks all, I will suggest them to use Phonemanager Pro, and forget the hardphone...
