I got the following error on my phone system today:
63-218
The Nortel alarm event code says that means: There are no more DTMF receivers that can be allocated.

What does that mean?

Thanks!

Did you lose any calls? Sounds like you have some DID's on your system and you you had a high volume of calls, at least higher than the amount of DTMF recievers that you have and the calls could not be routed properly.

Depending on your current config, you can add a services or combo cartridge if the problem gets worse. This would give you more DTMF capacity.

Thanks folks. Business and call volume are definetly increasing. Ill keep an eye on this.
