6208m switch showing no agent

Hi,
We are trying to set up HP Toptools to monitor our network and the 6208m switch does not show an agent. The servers and 4000m switches all showed the agent by default. All the communities are set to public. The documentation and HP's web site are no help whatsoever - any ideas?
