61c ld 43 error

Hey guys, we have a 61c in one of our remote-offices and when we try to run a manual backup; the below message appears, and in ld 117I'm showing 100%.

Since I am not phsically located in that office (and have read that reboot should solve this), is there a solution without having to reboot the whole system during business hours?

Why is the Storage Space 100% full? (This is telling you that the hard drive is completely full - bad news)

If this site is using TM (or OTM) for CDR, and you are using DBA to buffer the records, then you need to get the TM to connect and clear the buffered records to free up space on the hard drive.

It is good that the buffers are disabled, but in the past this was a sure way to cause a system to crash!
