Hello, does anyone know what is included with this part number? I've never installed one and have customer asking what hardware, software, etc is inlcuded?

Can't find anything on Avaya BP sites.

Hi. Did you ever get any feedback/answers on this? If you purchased this product, does it contain a JTAPI implementation (java class libraries)? I'm interested in writing some java programs to provide "live" information on our Magix switch that can't be done with SMDR. Thanks.
