The scenario i have is this, 6160 with interactive tree's, with different dtmf options as transfers, when an option is selected that is a transfer at the moment the caller just hears ringing tone, is there a way to configure it so it will play moh to the caller? Also if an option is not selected at the moment the caller is replayed the menu, is there a way to configure the time-out to go to an extension?
I know these same like basic questions but i have not touched one of these since i done the course 18 months ago!
