Having a bit of a dilemma with setting this up.

I need to reconfigure and existing itree. when option dtmf 1 is chosen from the main menu, I need it to route to 3 different destinations at 3 different times of day. Also need to route to a 4th desination when there are holidays.

How can I go about setting this up ?

you have to setup a different schedule that when matched goes to a different itree each with it's own routing destination

Thanks for your response. Sorry I failed to mention that the setup I explained above is just one part of what your have described. Already have 3 itrees that route option one(lets say DN 3000) to the same destination for all three itrees. but now option one needs to be changed to three new destinations for 3 new times of day, and must also route to a 4th destination on holidays.

I think I might have cracked it. How about if, I setup the DN 3000 as a hunt group and this will contain a new set of app ports, which follows another call flow with new date/time/routing scheduling.

????????????

As I said above create 3 or 4 schedules which have the times to match a different itree
each itree has a different option1 destination
put the schedules in the call flow at the top of the tree then when a call comes in it will try and match the time in the schedule when it finds a match will then be directed to use the itree assigned to it.
