We installed a 6160 server with UPIQ and Callback. The problem that i'm having is that in my path it plays a comfort message and gives them their possition in the q and an option to leave a callback request.
Under my Dnis I have a plan called callback with the digits from that hunt group. if i dial it directly, i can do the whole callback, but if it goes throught the path it still uses the digits that the call came into the auto attendant.
here is the callflow
1. call comes into aa gving options 1 - 4
2. caller press option 1 goes to interactive tree with 4 options that all goes to different path's.
3. while in the path it plays comfort message then a UPIQ and gives option to press 1 to leave callback.
4. at this point the call just rings and no callback message.
5. Each path with have a different department doing callback's.
I looked in the call log, and i dont see the digits that is used for the callback huntgroup.
