Hi, Im trying to intergrate 6160 and agent portal. Has anyone used these applications before?
the scenario is the following. a caller dials in and is prompted to enter one of 3 options. All three options require the input of a contract number.
This is pretty simple but what action do I take after the contract number is entered? I don't want anything to happen after that. Just want these digits to be passed onto the agent portal server. usually after entering digits one would transfer the call to a call centre queue or just play a message.
If i just play a message is there a way to automatically disconnect the call?
