616 and ACD application

Have a client with a 616. They take reservations and are getting busier and are in need of a full ACD enviroment.

I was tld that we cna add a Call Pilot and ACD software or purchase the software key for ACD Pro.

Any suggestions in regards to adding an ACD enviroment for this small clinet using their existing KSU?

would a ccr tree(poor mans acd) handle the volume.

Best bet is to purchase a CICS/CP Bundle to replace existing system. You will get latest software and they work well together and will also have remote access for you.
