6140 handsets on a bcm400 4.0 user identifier id and password ?

Afternoon All,
Does anyone know what the what these are?
it appears that i'm hitting the bcm here, and is prompting on the screen:

NEW SET
User Identifier
ID: (what goes here)

and then the next screen:

NEW SET
User Password
PW: (what goes here)
THE CUSTOMER IS USING THE WIFI AND DHCP FROM A CISCO.

Thanks any help would be much appreciated.
