I am trying to configure some 6140 handsets via the latest HAT (version 4.1.4). When I connect the phone to the cradle, it is not recognized by the USB. I have installed the drivers according to the Avaya/Polycom bulletins. It seems to only finf Spectralink phones.
The handset dates are April 2009 (Nortel branded) and July 2011 (Avaya branded).
I have the latest firmware, but it does not recognize the handsets to load it. I am trying to connect to Aerohive APs. I have been told that I need to use the UNISTIM drivers, which require this HAT version and the new firmware.
Any words of wisdom? Thanks for any ideas.
