hi
I use 6140 to popup Call Contact (Call Caller & DNIS)
Is there any way that Returned the number of digit (DNIS) , The figure rises to four.
Now the figures is 3.
Thank you for answer...
Agreed. You have the older Prairie Fyre multimedia contact center. You get a screen pop when the agent is presented with a call but beyond that I have not got a clue what you are asking.
I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
OK
Lets me explain more...
We use 6140 software to pop up call information.
In the Call Pad page -called telephone number- DINS returners 3 Digits of Called caller's Customer.
I want to return 4 Digits.
For example :
Caller's Telephone number : 48321025
Called's Telephone Number : 48031-111
We just see 111,so We want to see 1111 (4803-1111).
What is your carrier providing? For example we receive 3 digits of a DID telephone number from the carrier. What I mean is when someone dials 604-555-1212 we only receive 212 from the carrier that we point to extension 3212 by programming the 3300 to add the digit 3 infront of all incoming digits. So how many digits are you recieving from the carrier.
I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
