I am using a Mitel 6110 teleworker server that connects about 15 phones integrating into a Mitel 3300 backend.
The phones work ok except when the user tries to access Voicemail, the keypad will not work ...nor will work during a call .any suggestions. The phones are mitel 5220 and 5224 models.
Only the Teleworker phones ' keypads are not working .
6110 is a windows .NET application running on Windows 2003 Server platform. It includes number of services and an SQL database. 200 ICP is running Mitel call control application in vxWorks environment. So the answer is no.
It is a program that runs on a server
Business or enteprice has nothing to do with the system type
Business is max 25 agents and if you want more then you need the enteprice edition
You need a server for running CCM and yes you can connect a 200 to it

in simple yes the 6110 ccm is supported on the sx200
not sure why everyone is making it complicated! Tlpeter is right. The software sits on a server and connects to the sx200 via port numbers to recieve all the events needed
English is not my native language. I'm sorry if I didn't express it clear enough. 6110 CCM as a process (application) has to be executed on a separate server. 200 ICP will communicate to it.
