Reports are ran and appear to be queued and completed successfully. However, when clickin on the "View" link beside the report in the Report Inbox an error is returned. Normally the report would be displayed in MS Excel.
Error states:
An unexpected error has occured, error information is as follows: 11 Error Server was unable to process request. --> The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.
Common reasons for this error are as follows:
The aspnet user account does not have full access to windir\Temp, C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files.
The user account being used for the 61110CCMWebApplication under COM+ is not a member of the local administrators group.
Please contact your local administrator about these settings.
Server drive recently crashed and new drive was installed with the software being re-installed. Seems this is either a rights issue (though not likely) a temp file/configuration issue or possibly an ODBC setting issue. Not sure which.
Checkey prairieFyre KB and was not able to find anything remotely helpful. Any help would be appreciated.
