Hi Andy,

I'm wondering what version of the MN6100 application are you running? Also where are you trying to run the report from? local server or client machine???

Thanks,
Jase.

client machine and the latest version, I have spoken to MItel today and its the client pack, it doesnt do a prompt to instal it, it did on the old version

Hi Andy,

That's why I was asking about the application version you were running. Version 5 requires the component packs to be downloads as ever, of course you'll need admin rights for the .net frame work installation etc etc. Also where as we could run the reports on the local server in V4 it's not recommended on V5......

All the best fella
Jase.

Double check the compatibility; not sure if it's changed recently but in the past 6100 required the exact release of the .NET framework specified in the docs, and not newer. I seem to recall having issues with 6100 requiring 1.1 and the user had 2.0, didn't work.
