Guys,
I am running 6110 V5.1 Enterprise Edition and the CHAT is not working! When you open the Chat dialogue box there is no contact to select even though there are loads of agents online at the time.
I do have it working on a Business Edition and it just worked without ant configuration needed, and yes my users do have security rights to run chat.
Any help much needed?
