I have recently installed a small 6100 and the customer wants to use codes to identify the types of call he is receiving.From all the documentaion I can find, it seems to be "account codes" but I cannot find if these are to be added on the 3300 or the 6100 config. If its on the 6100 then the system seems to expect the codes allocated on a per agent basis. Also, its suggested you can input the code at anytime during the call by pressing a key. Does this have to be verified or non-verified? (Phones are 5224's)
