60 seconds delay on server answer

Hello,

I have a problem with synchronous requests.
They are sent and treated right away by the server, but quite frequently, the answer is received 60 seconds later by the client.

This 60 seconds delay is matching the client ORB timeout, but no timeout exception appears on the client side, the result is correct, there is only the delay problem.

Any ideas ?
