6 x 16 Meridian DR1 software

Is there a way to get the system to reset to the default programming on a 6 x 16 with DR1 system..

The previous owner has restriction codes and stuff programmed onto the system that is preventing us from using the system as we want.. We took the software card out and left the system powered off for a couple of days, but no luck...

It's been awhile since I've worked with that system, but cant you just do like the newer systems and do a "Restart"?

I agree with you Roland, you should be able to do system startup on that system. Power system down, bring it back up. Within 15 minutes of power up enter feature**startup, and your installer password. If you do that correctly it should ask you if you want to reset the memory. Take it from there.

Thanks guys.. Yes that seems like it would definitely work.. I feel so stupid now, lol-- Thanks for suggesting that, despite installing numerous of these I forgot about Feature**startup..
