A type 2 error is an error of memory.
This can have different origins.
It can be that your connection to your imagesetter has a time out due to ram memory of your imagesetter or your application.
But another possibility can be that the cache of your imagesetter is full. There are little programms which can delete the fontcache of your imagesetter.
After a new startup things should be better.
