When I log into Ext Mobility (trying to set it up so currently doing testing) my call manager essentially crashes.
I log in successfully on my phone (7941), but when my phone resets, it goes into SRST and Fallback mode. All the other phones do the same.
In order to get things working again, I have to restart the CTI and CM services.
anyone heard of this?
I have set it up by the book and reviewed all the settings outlined by cisco for Ext Mobility. However, I am not denying that somthing is awry, but cannot understand how logging into EM would cause such an effect.
This is not the first time either.
Any help would be appreciated. I have some other engineers looking also. If posting any config will help, please advise as to what to show.
