Hello All,
I am having an issue with my voicemail to email settings. I have switched from office 365 to an exchange 2010 server onsite. I am using port 25 unauthenticated. My SMTP for alarming works just fine. My voicemail to email does not. I did a telnet test and successfully relayed from the voicemail pro server to the exchange server with no issues. When I trace within system monitor and look at the SMTP events, I can clearly see activity from the alarming, but when a voicemail is left, it's like the voicemail pro doesn't even attempt to send an email. Any suggestions, or links to other threads would be greatly appreciated.
